Reflecting on my career journey, I am often reminded of the pivotal moments that have shaped my path. In 2007, I ventured into the world of business, providing contractual manpower for a decade. During this time, I became familiar with the Skill India mission ???? and its potential to make a significant impact.??? In 2019, I co-founded Dusky Stallion Education and Training Services (DSETS) Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to develop a skilled workforce ??♂???♀? and provide opportunities to those who did not complete their education ??. I realized that for industries to compete globally, they needed to enhance efficiency and productivity through proper training ??. Believing in the energy and transformation that youth bring ??, I partnered with universities to develop courses that equip students with industry-relevant skills ??. I am dedicated to implementing government schemes to develop a skilled workforce for the future and position India as a manufacturing powerhouse ??. Through DSETS, I have created awareness of opportunities for youth and companies, highlighting how they can be a perfect match ??. As we discussed the ever-growing skill gap in our workforce, one thing became crystal clear: the future belongs to those who are willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
