a question for #hiringmanagers. recently I found out that many websites have this option of entering the talent pool or sending unsolicited applications when they don't have vacancies. do you guys check the #unsolicited #job #application. Or do you even check the data in your #talentpool when you have an open position?? For the first time, I was saddened to see that my post had received more than 70 thousand views, more than 500 reactions and more than 300 comments. It is very sad to see that people do not understand simple things or do not use their common sense. I have clearly mentioned that in my post I am just checking how many people are aware and at least use their common sense that no appointment is based on mere expression of interest. Most of the people did not read my entire post and started commenting. You can easily see that many people are doing this to get likes, shares and followers and people are still falling into their trap.
