This spring, we had the?privilege of working with RAHD Group on the grand reopening celebration of Cathedral Plaza! This 225-unit senior-living community in the heart of Downtown San Diego underwent extensive modernization, with over $25 million invested by RAHD Group and Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego. A special shoutout to RAHD Group Partner Tim Walsh and Catholic Charities CEO Appaswamy "Vino" Pajanor. The heart and passion they and their teams brought to this partnership were truly inspiring and showed that when a nonprofit heart and a for-profit mind work together,?truly?transformative outcomes are possible. The renovations were carried out with minimal disruption to the tenants, creating a vibrant, thriving community where our seniors can age with dignity in safe, comfortable, and well-maintained apartments. We're so proud to have been able to shine a light on this incredible transformation via a press conference that included San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria.
