Did anonymous surveys with Christiansburg Run Club to see what we’re missing as a club. Some commonalities: ? People like using Slack and don’t interact much with “social media” or our newsletter if given the chance. ? People want social events (they said ‘cookouts’ or ‘happy hours’) that don’t center around running or walking. ? Want more info on routes and safe places to run—so they can do their own thing vs. attending club events. Neat feedback! A lot of little tweaks we can make to improve.
