Phoenix Freedom Realty ONE Group is making waves by giving its Phoenix-based agents the option to step away from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Starting in January, agents can join a new subsidiary, Realty ONE Group AZ, and access MLS services through the Phoenix Realtors' MLS Choice program—no NAR membership required. This move aligns with a growing industry shift challenging mandatory association memberships. As lawsuits and debates about NAR’s value continue, agents are gaining more flexibility in how they align their businesses. The takeaway: By offering choice, Realty ONE Group is positioning itself as a brokerage that prioritizes agent autonomy, a trend that could reshape industry norms.

On Friday, October 4th, we held our annual Benchmark Expo. 70 Exhibitors. 450 attendees. Jared James as keynote. This video kicked off our awards program. Not gonna lie.
