After spending the last 2 years in golf tech with Quick9 Golf, I’ve noticed a lot of golf apps and software businesses lack a strong product mindset—resulting in cluttered and confused solutions. Having led several product teams, I've learnt (often the hard way) what separates great products from the rest. For me, it all comes down to focus—on users, challenges, solutions, differentiation, and experience. ??? A strong product mindset is key to that focus.
