Based in North Carolina, we are profoundly affected by the unprecedented destruction Hurricane Helene has brought to our western regions. Despite the valiant efforts of first responders, the National Guard, utility teams, and humanitarian workers, many of the most severely impacted areas remain isolated, lacking access to essentials like gas, food, water, electricity, and phone service. The devastation has also reached parts of Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. Although our facilities were not damaged, it's likely we all know someone—be it a colleague, friend, family member, neighbor or client—who has been touched by this tragedy. In such times of crisis and hardship, deciding how best to offer support can be challenging. However, uniting in our efforts can create significant impact.
