Mlf America is part of the mlfmonde network (OSUI, MLCI, AFLEC) of the Mission La?que Fran?aise.A non-profit association recognized as being of public utility, the Mission La?que Fran?aise is at the head of a network of 112 French educational institutions abroad, educating more than 60,000 students in 39 countries. In addition, it acts as an operator for the State and/or companies within the framework of educational cooperation actions. Concerning Mlf America, incorporated in Texas, it manages all the activities of the French Lay Mission in the American zone (United States, Canada, Haiti) and provides a permanent link for the services of the headquarters in Paris. Based in The Awty International School (Houston), Mlf America’s goals are to better serve member schools by improving services in all areas, including those related to the partnership with the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE) or the French Ministry of Education; and to develop a professional development program to support schools in their innovative projects.

Our Coaching Conversations mini-series is back with Part 2! This time focused on Reframing Resistance with pedagogical leaders from around the MLF AMERICA network. 2 cohorts, 28 participants representing 14 schools, learning together and building capacity to be more coach-like in their roles, which increases teacher effectiveness.
