On June 13, 2024, Officer Battle-Hay responded to a call where a 4-week-old was not breathing. He was the first to arrive and found the parents attempting CPR. Officer Balle Hay performed life-saving measures and was able to resuscitate the baby. He held the baby until EMS arrived, transporting the infant to Brenner’s Children’s Hospital, where treatment was administered. The life-saving heroic actions taken by Officer Battle-Hay deserve respect, admiration, and gratitude.
