The current system must be disrupted! The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs , current system rewards veterans as a byproduct, not as their goal. The whole system: VBA, VHA, and especially the entire claims process rewards hundreds of millions of dollars to VA contractors, universities, along with the most expensive, least efficient healthcare system on the planet. With outcomes so good, 22-44 of their patients die from suicide every day. Others succumb to their service connected conditions while on wait-lists, cooked up by bureaucrats so compassionate, they are willing to gamble the real lives of their patients. All to collect metric based bonuses. It would be cheaper to grant every honorably discharged veteran 100% coverage by Tricare with 100% presumptive service connected disability. If the VA’s current budget doesn't cover it, we could divert money from corporate bailouts, foreign aid to Israel or Ukraine, or NGO's funding that is included in every continuing resolution that has funded the federal government for years. The system must be disrupted!

Don't wait until it's too late to recognize someone's worth. Many times our veterans go without and the results can spell disaster. In moments of regret, we often find ourselves questioning the decisions we made that led to a negative outcome. It's important to remember that our actions have consequences, and taking steps to keep others safe can make all the difference. Let's make a conscious effort to prioritize the safety and well-being of those around us, and especially our veterans who have served selflessly for us. I have, unfortunately, buried too many my friends for the cause...it's heartbreaking. And when I struggle to find the help, support, or lifeline, I don't care where it comes from...as long as it's genuine, as long as its the right answer. We have veterans struggling every single day, with millions of factors at hand. Additionally, military spouses and dependants need the support of a good foundation, network and community. The great news, those communities exists in pockets around the globe. Our goal should be to align and build the architecture of support in order to continue to serve those who have sacrificed for the freedoms that allow us all to live free! United, together and open-minded is the key to providing those who served for us selflessly. Promising them that we will support in any way we can to provide a brighter, healthier future.
