Events will take place in Berlin on 12-13th February 2025, organised by Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE. The purpose of this IEA SHC Task 73?is: ? To create factful awareness about PVT Heating Systems ? Identify and tackle hurdles in the innovation systems around PVT heating systems ? Foster and activate the industry and research community on PVT heating systems ? Initiate and multiply PVT heating installations These events mark the beginning of a collaborative journey to advance PVT technologies for heating systems. The aim of this project is to explore innovative approaches to solar energy utilization, with specific objectives including: ? ?? Characterizing the performance of photovoltaic modules under real conditions ?? Quantifying environmental effects such as illumination, temperature, soiling, shading, humidity, and surrounding environment ?? Developing and applying modeling methods for photovoltaic production ?? Evaluating and modeling the bifaciality of bifacial PV panels ?? Comparing panels of the same and different technologies ?? Modeling photovoltaic production under real conditions ?? Analyzing I-V characteristic curves of PV panels based on measurement campaigns ?? Diagnosing module health over an extended period ? Executed in collaboration with Jordi Badosa, Johan Parra, Etienne Drahi, Pascal Ortega and utilizing PV panels donated by TotalEnergies Energies, PVCAM marks a significant step towards sustainable energy solutions. ? On 25 September 2024, the exciting session on the Functional Mock-Up Interface (FMI) protocol will take place at the joint stand of the Capital Region, Hall A1, 255. ?? ? ?? The presentation will evaluate the integration of the Functional #Mock-Up Interface (FMI) protocol into the TG 4 - Requirements for modelling and validation of simulation models of the electrical characteristics of power generating units and systems by #FGW e.V. New Award! NTU International A/S is proud to share that our Horizon Europe Project?THEUS – Electricity Transmission and Distribution Hybrid Networks with enhanced resilience and robustness, is selected for funding. As part of our business strategy, NTU invests significantly in integrating research and innovation with our consultancy work.?We are happy to let you know that the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) has selected THEUS with a very high score of 14.5 points out of the maximum 15 and will be providing funding of approx. 6 MEUR for this Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action. Currently, the grant agreement is being prepared, and the expected start of the project is July 2024. The THEUS project aims to propose methodologies and tools that can support the EU Electricity Market in achieving 10-30% reductions in energy losses and 15-20% in O&M costs while ensuring the safe operation of hybrid grids with a higher penetration of Renewable Energy Sources.
