???Growing at Haleon Week!??? Yesterday marked the beginning of an inspiring journey at Haleon with the launch of our "Growing at Haleon Week". ?? We kicked off with three incredible sessions focusing on how we put customers first with Geoff Painter & Jason Bates, and we had an engaging session with our CEO, Brian McNamara & CHRO, Line De Decker who shared some very honest stories about their careers. Additionally, we listened to some of our employees as they shared their career journeys with us. Today we are focusing on the importance of collaboration. "Growing at Haleon Week" allows employees to explore resources for their growth and development. The week includes global sessions featuring external speakers, insights from senior leaders and colleagues, and various learning tools. Growth and development are crucial for Haleon because they help employees reach their full potential and provide the tools needed to own their careers, grow, and help others grow too. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, participating in these sessions is crucial for me. Not only helps me understand our company's direction and values but also equips me with the knowledge to attract and retain top talent who align with our mission. Being part of this journey allows me to contribute to our collective growth and ensure that we continue to build a thriving and dynamic team. ?? A year ago this week I got a phone call from Kelsey P. that legitimately changed my life forever. After a long time hoping to work at Osano, a company I had gotten the chance to admire from afar, she was calling to let me know that an offer was coming my way for my dream role at the dream company. It dawned on me almost immediately how big a moment this was. A combination of luck, determination, and even more luck had landed me in a different world entirely. Osano is a company that thinks differently than most companies. They care so deeply about their customers, their products, and their employees - but even more about doing the right thing. I get to see this first hand daily. Our team is truly special. A few weeks ago, I got to spend time in person with them in Chicago and it just reminded me of how incredibly lucky I feel to go to work with these people who are not only experts in their fields, but legitimately cool people as well. I haven't lost sight since day 1 of how unusual it is to really love going to work everyday and really admire the folks I work with. Getting here required a lot of luck and I'm sure that luck will continue to play a role in my future success here at Osano, but I'm perfectly fine with that. I thought about tagging some of the Osanians most important to me as a public thank you to them here, but tagging every person at the company would be rather cumbersome, I think. Reflecting on an Amazing Chapter Day! ?? What I Loved: ** It was truly a pleasure to finally meet team members from other cities in person.
