As we reflect on the impact of Hurricane Milton, it’s crucial to acknowledge the #trauma and devastation felt by many in our community. Homes are be lost, lives disrupted, and our sense of safety shaken. For those directly impacted, the emotional toll can be overwhelming, with feelings of fear, sadness, and confusion. It's vital to recognize the pain that comes with these experiences, as processing them is essential for healing. ?? On this World Mental Health day, we are reminded that everyone’s mental health journey is unique, impacting us all at different levels. Mental health challenges can arise from various stressors—loss, anxiety, personal struggles, natural disasters, or even just the challenges of everyday life.
