Today we announced the final close of two funds totaling $8 billion in committed capital. Our sixth North American flagship fund, PSG VI, closed with $6 billion in capital commitments, surpassing its $4.7 billion predecessor fund, with commitments from both new and existing investors. Our continuation fund, PSG Sequel, closed with $2 billion in capital commitments led by blue-chip institutional investors. Congratulations to the entire PSG team on this milestone.
