I had the chance to hear from Dr. Bozic during the MS HCT program at UT Austin and it was so awesome to hear about the model! My husband (orthopedic surgeon) and I (family doc) are launching the Musculoskeletal Training Network, an educational business for primary care, ER and allied healthcare clinicians to increase the competency and confidence of these professionals in MSK care, improving the quality of pre-referral care. Stay tuned!

I like that you're focusing on real clinical care instead of just another AI-driven app. Too often, health plans throw tech at the problem without addressing misaligned incentives—when providers get paid more for doing more, unnecessary procedures will keep happening.

Congratulations Eric, but would like to see peer-reviewed evidence that supports the point that 30% of MSK procedures are unnecessary. While it’s certainly not 0, I see this number widely quoted but evidence for it is lacking.
