?? Excited to announce my new role as Commercial Manager at Kioz! ?? Over the last month, I’ve spoken with over 30 amazing entrepreneurs, both online and offline. I’ve had countless conversations with my parents, family, and friends. They’ve all listened, shared advice, and supported me in ways I didn’t expect. At first, it was hard to explain exactly what I was looking for, but through these talks, I realized something important: I’m a generalist. Someone who has a broad skill set, adapts quickly, and connects the dots across different areas. And now, I’m excited to put those skills to work as a generalist at Kioz. So here I am, grateful to Trees Loncke and Ronny Schelfhout, two pillars in the entrepreneurial world, for giving me this opportunity. They told me, "We hire for attitude", and now I’m diving headfirst into the energy sector—a field that’s completely new to me. While I might not have prior expertise, I’m fully aware that energy and technology are the future. Kioz focuses on energy-independence, and our goal this year is to make big steps forward in every area. In the years to come, I’ll help Kioz grow and, hopefully, build a strong team. I look forward to the day I can say, “I hire for attitude," just like Trees and Ronny. For now, I’m focused on the first steps: creating a clear strategy and laying the foundation for what’s to come. Step by step, but with ambition. ??

It's been nearly three months since I joined RUMS , and I could never have imagined the significant impact I would have on addressing the complex needs of a real estate company. The experience has been both challenging and rewarding. I started in the administrative and billing department, and now my responsibilities have expanded to include tenant and utility management. These roles demand deep understanding, meticulous attention to detail, and patience in managing relationships. Through this journey, I’ve come to one key realization: everything can be optimized and digitalized. My personal motto has become: "Let the machine work for you." For every challenge I encounter, I seek out technological solutions to simplify workflows—not just for myself, but for my colleagues and our clients. Step by step, I am integrating new technologies to enhance efficiency across the board. I am eager to further deepen my knowledge and dedicate my efforts entirely to optimizing and digitalizing logistics within our company. The potential for improvement is limitless, and I’m excited to keep making an impact!
