Full endoscopic L4/5 TLIF for grade I spondylolisthesis A 44 year old patient presented with severe leg pain and reduced mobility over 2 years. It is possible to reduce the slip with endoscopic cage placement and percutaneous pedicle screw insertion. The power of minimally invasive surgery, demonstrated here can be offered in selected cases. Admittedly, alternatives such as ALIF and XLIF, which I also practice, have a definite role in the management of these or more complex degenerate cases. #endoscopic spine surgery, # MIS spine surgery
