Everyone in their mother suddenly was a life coach. It's like, OK, coaching is an unregulated space. Favorite thing that you've ever said? An 18 year old can wake up one morning and say I'm a coach, right? So the ones of us that want to be want to do this. Seriously, we have to consider that. I I I've really tried to be ethical with this right? I'm speaking to people through. You know, traumas and difficult emotions, so I'm not telling people what to do. A good coach should not be giving you the five steps towards how to heal right. A good coach should be someone that can help Foster and create a space where you feel comfortable to express without judgment and they ask you the right types of questions that help you have the light bulb moments. The aha moments are coming from you, which I promise you. Is so much more powerful than just being told what to do. It's not sustainable.
