If you're using #AIscribing in your practice, it should also be the leading messaging in your recruiting efforts. Here are four easy ways to get started: (TLDR: job postings, social media, and your website should all talk about AI scribing. Your recruiters should also be versed in why AI scribing sets your practice apart.) ? Put it in every rehab therapy job posting. Most clinics offer PTO and health benefits, but they won't all offer their therapists AI scribing or the right tools to get them home on time. Include your use of AI scribing in every job description. ? Post it on your social media accounts, specifically on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is the starting point for many professionals. They follow organizations they admire and keep their eye out for openings. This is a great opportunity to brag about how your therapists don't have to take their notes home with them. ? Put it on the careers page of your website. We have a "Why PredictionHealth?" on the careers page of our website; you should have something similar. This is a good place to highlight AI scribing as one of the reasons rehab therapists should choose you over other clinics that are hiring for similar positions. ?
