HPG LP Strategy Session – Off to a Powerful Start! We are beginning the year fully prepared to serve our customers with excellence! Our HPG Strategy Session started with a strong focus on safety, in alignment with The Precinmac Way. We kicked off with a simple yet impactful activity—sharing the first word that comes to mind when we think of safety. There were many insightful responses, but one stood out: "Culture", shared by Naeem Mustafa . It was a perfect reminder that culture is the foundation of everything we do. Recognizing the existing strengths within our team in Quality allowed us to appreciate what we have and set the stage for continued growth. Teams developed actions for the six pillars of The Precinmac Way, applying the 80/20 rule to focus on the most impactful areas. Hearing real stories about how leaders have embraced The Precinmac Way values was truly inspiring. I aspire to be as strong a leader as the remarkable individuals in this room.
