It was inspiring as always to share ideas with colleagues in the ISE Seminar series. Yesterday we talked about how to solve the problem of large knowledge graphs for classification systems (like ICONCLASS) that has a huge size but sparse assignments of concepts. To solve this, we are using our FIZzysearch SPARQL query rewriting library.

We are delighted to share UNM COPH staff member Bernice Madrid, MA’s dissertation for her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University. On January 24, 2024, Madrid presented "Learning from a Pandemic: A Qualitative Case Study Examining the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Student Motivation at The University of New Mexico." In Madrid’s research, she dives into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on student motivation within The University of New Mexico. I am pleased to announce that, with the official agreement of Dr. Maciej Kluz, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw (Warsaw, Poland), Prof. Dr. Olena Semenog will join the ESPERIDTA project as of November 2024. Prof. Semenog, Head of the Center for Scientific and Educational Partnership and Networking Interaction at A. S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University, will take on the role of Monitoring and Evaluation External Expert (in a public service capacity) for the next 36 months. ??????
