Summer Reflections & Prepping to win Q3/Q4 at Scandinavian Biolabs ?
Just came fully back from off-summer, and feeling grateful for being able to take time to reinforce and reflect on how I perform at my best.
My top three reinforcements this year, nothing groundbreaking:
1. Don’t fill your off-time with more stress. Embrace true relaxation. ??♂??
2. Fall in love with your daily life. Appreciate your home base. ????
3. Focus on what matters. Excellence over everything, cut the crap. ???

??♂??Taking time off in a scaling company sometime feels daunting.
However, it’s non-negotiable.
You don’t even know you’re overwhelmed, anxious or lack energy until you force your nervous system to calm down. This summer, I let my nervous system chill, and gave my brain a break.
This does not take a week - you need to let it sit for some time, and not just fill up with other activities.
???? I stayed in Copenhagen almost all summer. And you know what?
It was AMAZING. For me, this city is incredible, and the downtime here was pure gold.
Copenhagen, you’re a darling.
??? At Scandinavian Biolabs, we’ve got a million projects running at any given time. Summer might slow things down, but what’s getting done?
It’s happening at breakneck speed and top-tier quality.
Reinforcement of the rule: Do fewer things, but do them bigger, better, and faster. Cut the crap, focus on excellence.
