Here's your random self-care reminder: Sit tall: Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and hands resting on your lap. Reach and release: Inhale and reach your arms overhead, palms facing each other. Feel your chest open and shoulders relax. Exhale and slowly lower your arms back to your lap. Repeat & refresh: Do this sequence 7 times, focusing on your breath and letting go of any tension with each exhale.
