These are the new rules, according to the U.S. Army. The report on Armed Forces Readiness has been published and I can’t say it makes for enjoyable reading. I suspect for a large number of my military colleagues this will bring many long-standing frustrations (and realities) into public consciousness and awareness more than before ??
