Why internships aren't considered as Experience? _ During my summer break I was excited to explore the different sides of market. _ I applied and Alhamdullilah done 3 Internships. _ But during one of my meeting with HR, I was told that during Hiring process internships aren't counted as they are considered as a formality for degree completion. Now I want to ask why? Doesn't it lower student self-esteem and enthusiasm? Most of us want to utilize our time for something more creative rather than lethargic. We do unpaid internships and still won't be considered as a experience. Isn't it unfair to the student community? #internships #studentcommunity #internee #businessadministration

I rejected a good-paying internship offer twice from the same company. I got a full-time in-office internship offer in my first year. But I rejected it. This month, everyone was doing a summer internship which is why even I decided to do an internship and gave an interview for another role at the same company. I got selected. But I rejected it. No, it's not because I intended to reject that company. It's something that I never wanted to do. I was influenced by others and applied for an internships. But as Bunny said "Kahin pe pahunchne ke liye kahin se nikalna bahut zaruri hota hai" The role for which I was selected is something that will not help me in my growth. If you don't like the work then refusing the offer is a good-to-go option rather than regretting it later. "Sahi waqt pe kat lena chahiye, nahi toh gile shikwe hone lagte hain" PS- I'll always be grateful for the opportunities that I've received. #grateful #opportunities #growth
