Excited to share some key insights from my recent interview with Medium, where I discussed the journey of building POEMET, the inspiration behind the brand, and the passion that drives me forward. It’s been an incredible experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to reflect on the challenges, growth, and creative vision that make POEMET what it is today. https://lnkd.in/eHt6ZFBD Thank you Medium and Doug Noll!

Part 2/5. Your Company’s Moat: The Key to Survival. Are You Getting It Right? Welcome back to my five-part series on building your company’s moat! Just like a castle’s moat protects it from invaders, a strong company moat shields your business from competitors, helping you maintain high profits and market leadership. Let’s jump into the 2nd strategy: Building a Strong Brand. A powerful brand sets your company apart in a crowded market, creating trust and loyalty among consumers. When customers trust your brand, they are more likely to become long term repeat buyers, helping you secure a stable market share. But remember, a strong brand couldn’t be built overnight. It requires continuous effort to deliver quality products and services to uphold a positive reputation. Unlike our first company’s moat: patents, has a limited lifetime. Having a powerful brand moat grows stronger over time. Stay tuned for the next post, where we’ll explore another key strategy to protect your company’s market position! And here’s a look at the new LV Vivian set that’s been keeping me fueled!

My First Loss as a Brand Owner When I first set out on my STAAD journey, I was full of excitement, thinking, “In three months, I’ll have my brand up and running!” But as I dove deeper, I quickly realized how much more there is to this process. From filing trademarks, registering the brand, and saving up money to budgeting and designing, it’s been a humbling experience to see how each step demands time and attention. The journey doesn’t just start with a product; it starts long before that. And when you finally get to the stage of creating your first sample, there’s often a moment of realization: what you’ve imagined might not translate perfectly into a physical product. Changes are necessary, and the tweaking process can feel endless. Then comes the photo shoot, more revisions, and every small detail that takes longer than you expect. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned so far is that it’s okay to not hit those initial timelines. It’s okay to need more time than you originally thought. The reality is, the people working on your product i.e your vendors, factory workers, and everyone along the supply chain are not just “part of a process”; they are real humans. And just like me, they need time to get things right. I’ve come to understand that pushing for faster results might not always lead to the best outcome. It’s better to move slowly and build something meaningful than to rush and regret. So if you’re on a similar path, my advice would be to be patient with yourself and the process. It’s okay to adjust, to take breaks, and even to start over. Great things take time, and every delay is just part of the journey. #EntrepreneurJourney #BuildingABrand #LessonsInPatience #TakingTheTime #ProgressNotPerfection

As I work on the brand for a dear OVERW8 client today, I realize again what my / our humble job and honour this is: It is NOT to 'create' the brand in that sense. That has already been created somewhere in your mind, your inspiration (or at least this is the best case usually). It might be the inner vision of the garden you see on the picture here, not even a scribble, yet, or a weird combo of stuff. What I get to do is help translate that still slightly foggy creature into something that is easily perceived, understood, and relevant to others. Basically to help you create a clearer picture of that garden scene here in the picture - which then enables execution (that would be super hard without adding more clarity first - which is what trips up so many startups). For our own brands, I DO have a vision, also, but in a way, and it is great to be able to fill them with life, but it is 'mine' and in a way, that often leads to a certain 'sloppiness', maybe also caused by too little emotional distance. Anyway, both are great tasks (and I love days on which I have this on my agenda), but getting it done for our clients still requires more humility and stepping into an ego-free zone. At the same time, it is so easy to let me become massively excited about the potential 'their baby' has (that is if I am inspired by it, which I will usually be because if not, we might say no to working together). Because sometimes—besides needing the skill and tools of the craft—someone else (in that case, us here at?OVERW8) might have a much easier time picturing things as glorious. What is it that you love about your tasks this week? And what does that say about you as the wonderful unique creature that you are? #brandbuilding #branddesign #marketingstrategy #lovemyjob

In this episode of my SAVVYPRENEURSHIP channel, I share the art of crafting alluring products and experiences that not only captivate your customers but also create exceptional value and drive excellent profits for the business. In today's competitive marketplace, simply offering a product or service is no longer adequate. Consumers are constantly bombarded with choices, and they have become increasingly discerning, seeking out experiences that resonate with their values, emotions, and aspirations. To stand out and thrive, businesses must go beyond mere functionality and create offerings that are truly alluring, desirable, engaging, and memorable. ____________________________________________ To help me grow my channel, kindly Like, Share and Subscribe. ?? **New Video Alert: The Art of Practice and Personal Growth** ?? I'm excited to share my latest journey with all of you—one that is driven by passion and a commitment to growth rather than just financial gain. When I first started, I knew nothing about ties. But my curiosity and dedication led me to buy a tie from a secondhand market, and to truly understand how it was made, I took it apart completely. This hands-on experience taught me how the choice of materials can influence the final product, which is invaluable as I work towards making my own suits. This journey is not just about creating a product; it's about evolving as an individual. Each step, each discovery, enriches my understanding and fuels my passion for craftsmanship. ?? **Why is this important?** Because I believe in building a brand that reflects personal commitment and growth. I want my followers and customers to see that behind every product is a story of learning and dedication. Join me on this journey, and let’s grow together. Check out the video and share your thoughts! #PersonalGrowth #Craftsmanship #LearningJourney #PassionOverProfit #BrandBuilding --- Feel free to adjust any part of this to better match your style or additional details you'd like to include!

Too often, I see businesses getting caught up in promoting products or features rather than focusing on the real impact they’re creating. It’s not about what you sell – it’s about the change you're driving and the problem you're solving. Ask yourself this: What’s the bigger picture behind your product or service? How does it make your customers’ lives easier, better, or more fulfilling? Your brand’s strength lies in the value you provide beyond the sale – the solution you offer, the transformation you enable, and the meaningful difference you make in the market. When you shift the conversation from product features to the impact you’re creating, that’s when your brand story truly resonates. Don't just sell a product. Solve a problem. Make a difference. That’s a story worth sharing.
