One thing that you mentioned that I think resonates a lot is the point of the satisfaction when you start coaching other people. You play sports. You mentioned that I played football for a number of years and when I stopped playing football, I was, I was sad. I thought I would never get the kick of running on to the field ever again until I started coaching young ones. And I don't know if it's. I don't know if it's a selfless thing or if it's like you're actually a teacher at heart and an educator in some way at heart, or you just have a soft spot for people who've. Who've been through struggle and you want to, you know, see them come out the other side and have this impact on their life, whatever it is to me, most, most great leaders have that thing. I've, I've dealt with that question a million times from sales people who are like kind of feel like they're needing something new and maybe want to be in leadership. And I just say to them, OK. Would you rather you close the deal in the next hour or would you rather you helped? Pat closed a deal, Which one sounds more fun to you? And every time somebody says, well, I'd rather close the deal for myself, then I'd be like, you're not, you're not ready for sales leadership, then it's pretty simple. If you'd rather Patrick close the deal, then you because you want to see him happy and succeed and whatnot. Then maybe it's time for you to explore at leadership role.
