I was delighted to participate in the UA Online PMDay 2024 conference. ???? I learned a lot of valuable insights and explored new opportunities in project management in today's dynamic world. ?? ?? My key insights: - Project management can be compared to hydrodynamics; - OKR can be a powerful tool when applied correctly; - The core rules of business are adaptability and openness to new technologies (Kodak’s example and game-changer decision that affected the whole company); - Crisis management skills are particularly valuable as crises are expected to occur more frequently; - A data-driven approach can help identify the root causes of team performance issues. I would highly recommend all PMs join such an event!?
