Sumsub: The Next UK Unicorn ￡50m OF REVENUE AND GROWING 100% YOY Last week I posted about Sumsub and why I think they are a future UK unicorn. After the post the Sumsub team got in contact to share some updated financials which you can see below! Sumsub is a full-cycle verification platform that also provides KYB, Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Prevention solutions. It was founded in 2015 by three brothers (including a set of twins) and a friend; Andrew Sever, Peter Sever, Jacob Sever, and Vyacheslav Zholudev. Latest results: ?? >￡50m of annual revenue in 2023 ?? >￡3m profit (2023) ?? Consistently growing >100% YoY ?? >2000 clients These financial results are for the year ending 2023 so I’d expect ARR to be higher than this given their growth rates. Sumsub recorded over ￡1m of profit in 2022, and for 2023 profit is estimated to come in at over ￡3m - a fantastic achievement! Sumsub last raised in 2022 when it raised a $30m Series B, but given its high revenue, high growth AND profitability I wouldn't be surprised to see Sumsub become a unicorn in the next few years! A great UK B2B startup that’s definitely worth keeping an eye on.
