Yes, I am a beginner - at skiing that is ? I can do the green (easy) slopes but I don't enjoy the faster blue slopes. Red - no way, black - I'll be dead. But that is now, I will get better with time and PRACTICE on the slopes. I also got a lesson from a coach to help me develop better technique. My question today is, where do you go back to being a beginner? Where do you look to improve your technique and challenge yourself about what you 'know'? Do you have a coach and most importantly, do you make time to practise what you want to improve at? I'm interested in your stories both in management learning and skiing.
