PostEra's AI approach was able to make rapid progress on a first in class target, achieving in vivo efficacy in under 8 months of chemistry. ?? This is, to our knowledge, the first time a pharma company has independently tracked and externally published the progress of a partner's AI-driven approach on a program. What you'll notice is the teams' focus not just on leveraging PostEra's machine learning, but the criticality of a well-oiled CRO and logistics gameplan and a smooth partnership between PostEra's chemistry and Pfizer's structural biology and assay teams.
