Netflix vs. Amazon vs.?Disney?vs. Apple vs. Now. Decisions, decisions. The continuing cost of living crisis on both sides of the pond continues to bite, so we were interested in what streaming services are on the chopping block (and why?). So we did some research (who'd have thought?). It appears that one big streaming service seems to be pretty safe, but everyone else needs to watch their backs. We also looked at; - Whether ad-included plans will mop up leavers of higher tiers - What impact effective personalisation will make - Watch lists - do they equal greater perceived value - how can they work better - Thoughts on a single streaming space (shared with other providers) to simplify the overall navigation experience for users. Let's just say it's good news for WBD, Fox and Disney following their announcement this week. It was an internal piece of work - you know the type, the one to try and get some attention, to appear generous and friendly, to make people go, oh yeah, I remember them, they shared some really interesting stuff with us.
