As we approach the halfway point in our constructions seasonal sector of operations it’s vital to ensure good worker morale is maintained and achieved. We often observe characteristic shifts in behavioural patterns throughout the season amongst our employees reflecting upon the stability of good morale. Implementing a positive mindset and attitude that encourages employees to be productive and persistent towards performance is essential heading into the second half of the construction season. This enables employees to engage with a positive mindset as we try to achieve the more efficient section of our season’s schedule. From the ground up is how an empire is built and then from the top down is how that empire survives.
