Key Responsibilities:
●?????Job Portal Management: Utilize Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals to post job advertisements, source candidates, and manage applications. Develop and maintain a strong presence on these platforms to attract high-quality talent.
●?????Recruitment Strategy: Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's objectives and hiring needs. Use data from job portals and market research to inform strategy.
●?????Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
●?????Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
●?????Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
●?????Data Management: Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics, manage candidate data, and generate reports. Use MS Word to create job descriptions, offer letters, and other documentation.
●?????Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and advise on candidate selection.
●?????Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Use this information to enhance recruitment strategies.
