It's so easy to fall into this trap with projects when: - you've always supported the same group of people - you've always delivered the same activities - you haven't talked about the project as a team in a while Three quick questions can help you avoid this: - what is the challenge or problem that you are trying to address? - who is affected by this problem? What does it look like when you embrace impact measurement? It's more than measuring and knowing your impact. - it’s Ieadership prioritising it and championing both success and failure - it’s staff being open to change based on learning - it’s the confidence to discuss with funders about what to measure and why But there's more...
