The miseducation is DEEP! ??? This is what schools ain’t teaching ya’ kids about elections, pt. 1! ??? As a former public school teacher, I can tell you from experience that our ‘Government’ curriculum instructs us to spend most of our time teaching our kids about the presidential election, and the roles they have, as well as Congress. However, we spend very little time on local elections (state and city) and wonder why local voter turnout is so low and why so many our ignorant to how this government TRULY works. ????♂? Many of our concerns should be addressed at City Council and school board meetings; not with the president. ??
