For the second year, Phase2 leadership volunteered at the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), helping to prepare food for the nearly 4000 people they serve every day. We do this near our headquarters as an important element of contributing to our own community and strengthening the bonds of human experience in our own backyard. ?? --- #Volunteer #VTODay

The Corporation for National and Community Service has updated regulations for the AmeriCorps Seniors programs, including the Senior Companion Program (SCP), Foster Grandparent Program (FGP), and RSVP! ?? These updates make it easier to calculate volunteer stipend eligibility, allow stipends during administrative leave, and offer grantees the flexibility to pay stipends at a higher rate. ?? Yesterday, myself and some members of our IDM Companies SW Team went to St. Mary’s Food Bank to volunteer. Volunteering is one of the most rewarding ways to make a difference. Whether it’s mentoring, organizing a local event, or simply giving your time to a cause you believe in, every small act of kindness creates a ripple effect. This season, I challenged myself—and encourage others—to step outside our routines and lend a hand where it’s needed most. Let’s be leaders in both action and compassion. Caitlin Clark’s most impactful NIL deal hasn't paid her anything at all. When NIL passed in 2021, the Coralville Community Food Pantry immediately turned to the Iowa basketball star for help. They offered to pay her for her promotion, but Clark insisted that she work for free. She’s helped raise more than $100,000 in two years.
