[Updated] #DryPlant #Manufacturing #Sequencing #Systems #Schedule #Install The sequencing of a manufacturing plant will be differentiated based on proprietary material and equipment. This sequencing is specific to a dry food plant The #sequencing spans from construction of steel racks, installation of equipment, past energize, commissioning, to validation of full production for handover to operations. The work itself will likely be subdivided by bid packages and the contractor trades as follows: Mechanical, Electrical, Processing Equipment, Piping, etc. First would be the installation of steel racks and structures. This would include #WasteWaterFacility, #ASRS, Security, Truck Unloading and other external buildings from the plant. Second would be the installation of equipment #HVAC : AMUs, AHUs, #OdorDuct, Grain/ Meat Silos, Dye/ Oil Distribution, Dryers, #MeatBatching Banks, Heaters, Pumps, Air Compressors etc. Third would be fabrication and installation of duct work, process piping, pneumatic piping, gas, water, air compression, and connecting water and gas to utilities. Fourth is the electrical room from utilities to #CableTrays to the plant, feeders, conduits to MCCs and control panels determined by IMP paneling. This would lead the Energize I/O checks for equipment- the begging stage of commissioning. Fifth becomes installation of fiber, the #DataCenter, #SCADA, Wifi, Security that enables the dry run for #commissioning of the dry plant. Once equipment is calibrated for the food recipes #verification and #qualification of a full production can be completed. …

Application: Detection of the Level in the Feed Chute After the crane system lifts the waste from the waste bunker and drops it to the feed chute, in the lower part of the chute, a hydraulic piston pushes the waste onto the combustion grate. It is important that waste in the chute is always at an optimal level and uniformly distributed. This prevents air from leaking into the furnace and ensures a constant supply of fuel for combustion. For that reason the minimum level in the feed chute has to be monitored and the resulting data displayed to the crane operator. When the compressor is shut down, the oil level should match what’s shown in the image below. While running, expect the oil level to fluctuate, usually settling around the middle or slightly lower. Quick Tip: Almost all oil-injected screw compressors have a small amount of oil carryover, approximately 3 mg/m3 of air. Oil Top-Up: Regular top-ups aren’t always needed, but if there’s an issue with the scavenging line or oil separator, the carryover rate may increase, requiring more frequent top-ups. To remove a submersible well pump: 1) Turn off the power, 2) Disconnect the pump from the power supply, 3) Release the pressure tank valve, 4) Remove the well cap, 5) Attach lifting tool to the pump connector, 6) Gradually lift, monitoring for pipe length, 7) Disconnect water pipes, electrical wires as sections clear well.
