Vehicle Receiving Process: *Meet & greet the customer *Confirm all customer information updated on DMS (VIN, Name, Mobile & Email) *Check the customer concerns & asking open questions *Put a protector covers, perform vehicle around & interior checks & fill the VHC *Offering a carry bag to customer in order to remove his valuable things from the vehicle & obtaining his signature upon RO creation *Check FA status on IVH *Create a RO for all customer’s concern with & putting the proper stamp (Appointment, customer waiting, repeat repair …etc.) *Inform the customer for all work to be done on his vehicle (Regular service or Repair Work) *A realistic promise time to be given to customer & written on the RO. For regular service, inform the customer that vehicle will be delivered on the same day *For Mechanical repair, inform the customer that extra time needed for diagnostic purposes *The price of regular service to be written on RO & provide the customer with approximate price for repair work but the exact price & time to be notified after inspection. *Customer Communication sheet to be attached to RO and should be dully filled with all customer’s updates. *The above process must be done within 15 Minutes (If QC is not involved).

I would like to share my experience regarding the performance in Service. It is not all about to perform a good technical work. To have a successful service you have to track KPI’s indicators only with this way you can check the Service engineers how do they perform. The good results will have immediately impact to the Company like growth of sales happy consumers from the service. Some indicators are First Visit Completion Rate - Repair Cycle Time - Repair Failure Rate etc.
