What do you do when the art and skill of "leadership" doesn't come naturally to those you need to lead your teams to future success and growth? ? Foundational leadership skills that everyone will benefit from ? A clear expectation of how you define leadership at your organization ? A shared language across ALL employees (in person or remote)

What is the most impactful leadership training you have participated in and why? Were there any deliverables after the training that kept the training relevant and meaningful or required some level of change? I specifically want to avoid the "thought-provoking" training where people are intrigued and say, "Gosh, that was great," but don't walk away with actionable items to do or they forget it a week later.

One of my key goals for 2024! This program served two of my core values: Continuous Improvement and Lifelong Learning. The BLCC certification program was designed and led by Madeleine Homan Blanchard, named one of the 2024 Top Coaches in America by Top coaches. The program deepened my knowledge of Blanchard leadership modules, and allowed me to explore new and different ways to apply in my coaching practice.
