As a summary of the interview I conducted with INNOVATION Magazine, I can highlight the following points that I believe are crucial to the success of my company SaarGummi Neo: - it is not a problem per se to use #corporateinnovation in a company, but rather how to support the organization in its implementation - especially in a traditional working environment, it is important not to lose sight of the goal and to believe in the success of the idea - innovations must fit into the company‘s strategy and take long-term changes in (mega) trends into account - new technologies offer huge potential for traditional manufacturing industries, especially in the examples mentioned in the areas of #digitalization, #sustainability and #additivemanufacturing.
