Listening is more than just hearing words, it’s about understanding the emotions, intentions, and unspoken concerns behind them. I don't understand what qualities they see when hiring a customer care representative in today's time. Most of them have zero willingness to help customers. 20 yrs ago it was completely different. People were more compassionate and had the will power to go out of the way to help.

Two sets of wrong bath legs despatched and two abortive visits from a plumber as a result of this incompetence, so I’m naming and shaming VictorianPlumbing.co.uk for the financial cost and the emotional stress and feeling of duress caused to my daughter..
