But let's take this further. I believe that the impact of communications spans the entire organization. Don't just speak to sales teams. ??? Speak to HR about how it's looking at promoting a positive image of the company as a great place to work, to help attract and retain top talent. ??? Speak to finance about how to attract investors, and communicate the financial performance and traction of the company. ??? Speak to customer success about why clients stay on, the company's NPS score, and what makes customers satisfied about the company's offerings. ??? Speak to product about what's better and different about the company's products & services, and what innovations lie ahead. ??? Speak to legal about any potential issues, and how to navigate any complex regulations and mitigate risk. ??? Speak to the C-Suite about the company's overarching business objectives, and how to build and maintain a positive reputation. After defining your target personas, positioning statements and messaging, it's time to validate your approach.
