Our Writing Coach Coordinator (WCC) and Director of College Coaching (DCC) positions are great for people looking to gain valuable leadership experience. As the WCC, you will oversee and train a group of up to 20 Writing Coaches on the PeerForward Writing Curriculum and on implementing the Curriculum to coach students to produce their personal statement drafts. As the DCC, you will lead a group of up to 18 volunteer College Coaches, who are professionally trained college advisors, through their Workshop role of holding college advising sessions with each Peer Leader.
