We are excited to bring you the latest spotlight in our Dream Team Series - this time with Lemonn’s Analytics Team, the folks making sure our data flows like a well-oiled machine! Let’s introduce you to Sathya prakash and Saurabh Goenka, the ultimate analytics duo. These two built Lemonn’s analytics backbone from scratch. It all started with Saurabh, building our metrics and reporting framework from scratch. After a zillion meetings with product and business teams, he practically became Mr. Lemonn Data. Then came along Sathya, and together, they dove into the deep end, tackling big data challenges and cutting report runtimes by 40-60% (so the rest of us didn’t grow old waiting). Their teamwork didn’t end there. Sathya took charge of ensuring data accuracy alongside the tech team, while Saurabh kept the peace with over ten cross-functional teams. Together, they cracked compliance codes, built a user attribution model, and turned real-time tracking into a strategic superpower for Lemonn. Today, the Analytics Team is a fab four with the recent addition of Anushaka Gurjar and Marshall, working tirelessly to ensure every insight, every report, and every dashboard meets Lemonn’s high standards. Saurabh’s efforts in guiding task prioritization and Sathya’s focus on data democracy have empowered our teams with accurate, actionable insights—keeping Lemonn on a path to sustainable growth.
