If you've ever wanted to know, just a real simple guideline of how much your property should be valued for and want something a little more advanced than just taking a multiple times your revenue because a lot of areas that just doesn't work because the oil and gas now has a unique feature we're rolling out today called the Pecan estimate. So once you go in and map out where your minerals are, tell us how many net acres and what royalty rate it's leased at, we will run this through our calculations and spit out a value estimate that is unique to your property. This is similar to a Zillow's estimate or Kelley Blue Book price where this isn't just looking at your royalties. We actually don't have access to your royalties like other companies might. We are simply looking at the engineering and the underlying oil and gas on this property and saying based on the oil and gas here, based on the potential for future oil and gas, this is what the market would value it as I'm a petrol engineer, this is what I do. I value minerals for a living, very, very, very high level and not an appraisal, not even a quick look report which is our latest. Our first offering this quick look it's not even that level, it's just if you were to call me up and ask, hey I have this property, what do you think it's approximately worth? This is the answer I would give you. We have both the sales estimate and how much you should expect from a lease bonus. Monthly revenue is also we have that, it's just not quite built into the site. This is all being rolled out. We'll also give you other things like key activity indicators like permitted wells, drilled wells, completed wells. Also if you have wells on your property we will take that information and help you figure out what your current. Interest in that wall should be. This is again just to be used as a high level cursory whitwell should I have interest in which wells should I look into more if I'm not getting paid on something and who's who is the operator I should contact if I'm not getting paid And this is where you get that information. So again, this is a property based subscription. Any property you saved, you can add the subscription to it. It is a 3999 a month subscription and it's only per month and only a subscription because we give you access to this data for 30 days you can cancel. Turn it on, turn it off anytime you want to, but you'll have access for 30 days with just a single payment. If you want to have continuous access to it, continuous alerts, maybe you're going through a transaction, maybe you just want to keep eyes on it all the time, then that would be a recurring subscription and it's gonna automatically reoccur if you don't cancel it. So it's already set up as soon as you purchase. Anytime we run the model, this estimate will be updated. We will be setting up alerts where you can say if the property changes a certain amount, let me know or if there's wells permitted, drilled, completed on my property, let me know. We will track that change. Time for you. And then if you want to purchase any additional reports beyond that, maybe there's something that peaked your interest and you want to know more about it, then we'll be able to store that report on this property too.
