We are delighted to announce that Tewkesbury BC approved our latest Paragraph 84e Countryside House of Exceptional Quality this month. We've now secured six Paragraph 84e homes since our founding in 2020. It has been a remarkable team effort involving among others, Hawkes Architecture Ltd and DLA Landscape. Unlike most applications involving only the Local Planning Authority, this project enjoyed the additional complication of satisfying the County Council as Minerals Authority, for this project is located within a quarry. Regardless, our tenacious and detail-oriented approach secured a successful outcome.
