I have an equivalent question which I use when developing an impact analysis in response to change or a new market or competitor dynamic: ask yourself, your team, your client "which means that?"
This is absolutely key! You can build the best looking dashboard in the world but if it isn't useful to anyone then it brings no value whatsoever!

1 年So true. I saw a data quality dashboard that had half the cells in the red. When I asked why they were not working on it, I heard that they didn't believe it mattered and the targets were arbitrary. They never figured out the values that mattered.
