We have lots of ambitions here, but aren’t certain on the right way to accomplish them. This is definitely gonna be a fuzzy, feel-our-way-through kinda dealio. We need your help to do this. What kind of videos? More or less all kinds. We need: - Product videos (to put on Amazon listings for example) - Ads that we can promote online - Organic social media videos - Training videos for internal use --Do I need experience?-- This role is probably not for someone who has never made videos before though you don’t need to have X years of experience or anything like that. I have seen my team taking naps. I have noticed my team taking an extra 10-15 minutes after lunch break. I have observed my colleagues logging off early. I have witnessed the team talking on the phone, watching movies, gossiping, and yawning. None of this matters to me at all because they all are humans too. Nobody here knows that I’m always extra happy in June. My sister comes home once a year with her 2 little girls. The house fills with laughter, for sure. Although it’s exhausting now with - A job and of course LinkedIn. It's still joyous chaos but, Answering questions of 2 hurricanes after a long day at work is enough to make crave coffee. But have you ever noticed how curious kids are? They don't shy away from bombarding adults with "whys" and "hows." It's because their brains are wired to explore, To constantly seek new information and To understand the world around them. Now, picture your brain as a toddler. It might sound silly, but hear me out! Accepting a state of "not knowing" is like - Giving your inner child free a way to explore. Suddenly, everything becomes an opportunity for discovery. All you need to do is shift your perspective. Instead of feeling embarrassed by not knowing, celebrate the questions that pop into your head. It's okay not to know all the answers. The important thing is to keep asking questions. They're a sign that your brain is actively engaged, constantly seeking to learn and grow. And here's the beauty of it all: The more you ask questions, the more fascinating answers you'll get. After all, wouldn't life be a little dull without a few mysteries left to solve? P.S.
