Are good Padel Coaches moving indoors? As more Padel venues open indoors, I am seeing a trend where outdoor Coaches have snapped up indoor jobs. Over the last couple of months, this has happened to three of the Coaches that I have recently trained. Who wouldn't choose perfect all year round play over dealing with wind, rain (glass when wet), low bouncing balls, freezing temperatures and players calling off sick? Outdoor courts have their place, but in the UK, we will see more and more good Coaches moving to the Indoor venues. It's just too attractive. There will be many opportunities for this in the next few years. Can a Coach create a full time living off outdoor courts? Or is it part time only?
